Adhesion contract 定式合同，又称附合合同、附意合同、定不定由你的合同。

A standard form contract prepared by one party and presented to another
r party, usually a consumer. These contracts are offered on a "take-it
-or-leave-it" basis, providing the consumer no opportunity to negotiat
e the terms. For example, all the small print on the back of an airlin
e ticket constitutes an adhesion contract because you don’t even see I
t until after you’ve bought the ticket.
定式合同是指一方采用标准格式而预先准备好的合同，另一方，通常是消费者，
不能就合同的条款进行协商和谈判，只能选择定还是不定。例如，飞机票后面印
的条款就可以看成是定式合同，因为你只有买了票以后，才知道这些条款。
