        王江雨,法学博士,香港中文大学法律学院副教授,主讲国际贸易法与中国公司法、证券法等课程,现为International Trade Centre (UNCTAD/WTO) 和联合国亚太经社理事会的特邀专家,同时也是亚洲国际金融法研究所(Asian Institute of International Financial Law)研究员,及中国法学会世界贸易组织研究会理事。王教授有美国纽约州和中国的律师执业资格。


简历:1994年毕业于中国政法大学,1997年毕业于北京大学法学院,获法学硕士学位。1999年赴英美留学,先后获得美国宾夕法尼亚大学法学硕士(LLM),英国牛津大学法理学硕士(M.Juris)和美国宾夕法尼亚大学法律科学博士(SJD)学位。1997-1999年在中国银行总行法律部工作,参与多起重大诉讼及金融业务谈判,并于1999年作为中国代表参加联合国国际贸易法委员会有关公约制定的谈判。2003-2006年任教于新加坡国立大学法学院,为助理教授。

主要研究方向:目前的主要研究方向为国际贸易与投资法、国际金融法、国际商法、中国法律传统,法理学以及中国公司证券法。已在国际和中国的法学和贸易期刊上发表文章数十篇。

Jiangyu WANG

Dr. Wang Jiangyu (SJD & LLM, University of Pennsylvania; M.Juris, Oxford; MPhil in Laws, Peking University; LLB, China University of Political Science and Law) is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His teaching and research interests include Chinese legal system, international economic law, international commercial law, corporate and securities law, human rights and jurisprudence. Before coming to Hong Kong, he taught at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Singapore for three years where he was an Assistant Professor of law. He practiced law in the Legal Department of Bank of China and Chinese and American law firms. He served as a member of the Chinese delegation at the annual conference of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Conference in 1999. Dr. Wang has published extensively in Chinese and international journals and newspapers on a variety of law and politics related topics. He is a member of the Chinese Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. He is also a director on the Executive Board of the WTO Institute of the China Law Society, and a fellow of the Asian Institute of International Financial Law (Hong Kong). He has also been invited expert/speaker by the International Trade Centre (UNCTAD/WTO) and United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP). Participated and played leadership role in business negotiations, projects including an online payment system with IBM and financial information service program with Reuters. Counseled the bank in establishing its first mutual funds operation. Led the Legal Department’s task force studying e-banking issues. Represented the Bank before the Supreme Court and other courts in China. Appointed by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation as an expert member of the Chinese Delegation to attend the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Conference (30th session) in 1998.
